Clarion Resort & Water Park is a family-oriented, water-themed hotel located near Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Studios®, and SeaWorld® Orlando and offers free shuttle service to Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Many other popular Orlando attractions, including Islands of Adventure theme park, Wet 'n' Wild, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Blizzard Beach, and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water parks are located a short drive away. Disney multi-day passes and other theme park tickets are available at the hotel's ticket desk.

The private Mindy'O Water Park features a lagoon-style heated pool and hot tub, as well as twisting drops and dark plunges through multiple three-story water slides. More than 50,000 square feet of activities are located right outside your door, including a large lazy river, six slides, water jets, splashing fountains, an interactive water play area, and more. Be sure to visit Casual Cuisine Restaurant, located on site, offering breakfast buffet or a la carte breakfast menu items, as well as delicious luncheon items daily. The Oasis Bar & Grill, located poolside, offers a variety of hot and cold food items. There is also a recreation and game room, kids' craft and activity center, gift shop, fitness center, tennis courts, 24-hour business center, and laundry facilities on the property. Free wireless high-speed Internet access is available throughout the property and in guest rooms. Pets are welcome with a deposit and nightly fee.
